Return Policy

We are committed to providing you the best customer service; thus, our policies are periodically updated. Please check back regularly for updates.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We appreciate YOU, so your happiness is our number one priority. If you find yourself unhappy with your candles, return them within 30 days of purchase for a full, no questions asked refund (return shipping is at the expense of the customer). In order for the items to be accepted by our returns department, they MUST be in the same condition they were in when received (new and unused).

 

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive notification via email. Refunds will be issued to the payment method used in the original purchase order within 5 to 10 business days (will vary based on financial institution).

 

Proof of purchase (order number and email address) will also be required. To start a return or if you have any questions in regards to one, please contact us at info@bookoflifecandleco.com

PLEASE NOTE: The Book of Life Candle Co. is not liable for any return packages that become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and return tracking number when shipping your order.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you receive the order you’d like in exchange is to return your original order and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return has been accepted and processed. 

 

DAMAGES

We understand that damages may occur during transit so if your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact us at info@thebookoflifecandleco.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged product so that we may get you a replacement item.
